The Hungarian Ornithological and Nature Conservation Society announced this year's survey of wintering sites of long-eared owls between the 23rd and 26th of January. Anyone can join in the data collection, providing useful information for nature conservation. More information is available on the MME website.
We encourage everyone to participate, as these special birds now spend their daytime rest periods close to us and can be easily observed with due caution.
